When you get an email from a coordinator at Early Steps concerning Sara…. The mom told me today that she loves having Sara come work with her son and that she… does so well. Twice in the conversation she mentioned how he is getting so much out of it, and she thinks that is benefiting him more than his outside therapy sessions. We talked for a moment about how the coaching model with Early Steps is a little different, giving that support at home, and the strategies to improve day to day struggles with the parent/caregiver. I just love hearing the positive feedback, and wanted to let you know that the family is very happy with Sara as a provider.
