It is a reminder to always create and always exceed expectations. That’s actually my definition of creativity, to exceed a limitation. Born of Dominican parents in The Bronx, New York, I came to love graffiti at a young age. So I began to explore the arts. Doodling my way through school, dancing, and joining school plays. My desire to express myself was evident, but so were my obstacles. I received a lot of push back from my own parents due to hyper conservative religion. Thank God that is no longer the case, but I would be lying if I said it didn’t create doubt in my heart. It wasn’t until my last year of college where I discovered that I can pursue the arts and that is exactly what I did. Moved to LA with $500 and chased my dreams for 8 years! What a phenomenal and challenging eight years those were. Not having the resources never stopped me. I went from not having money for gas to having my own art studio! From painting in my small apartment to Showcasing in popular galleries. I never let the lack of resources stop me from creating. Instead I found ways to exceed those limitations. Now I like to think of myself as a visual powerhouse, using any and all mediums. From painting, to building, to performing…my goal is to create a unique experience for you! My purpose to find new ways to share the positive message that God loves you!
